New President and CEO Announced
February 26, 2007. Intercede, acknowledged thought leader and pioneer of intelligent incident and allegation management solutions, announced today that Jerry Overcash has joined the firm as President and CEO. Mr. Overcash will also sit on the company’s board of directors.
Seasoned Technology Veteran Joins Leading Risk Management Firm
CHARLOTTE, NC USA – February 26, 2007. Intercede, acknowledged thought leader and pioneer of intelligent incident and allegation management solutions, announced today that Jerry Overcash has joined the firm as President and CEO. Mr. Overcash will also sit on the company’s board of directors.

Prior to joining Intercede, Overcash was the Senior Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development at Peopleclick, Inc., one of the leading workforce acquisition solution providers for global enterprises. Overcash brings the Company over 30 years of experience starting and developing technology-related organizations. He has held executive level positions in sales, marketing, business development and operations at several well known software firms including: Cullinet, Sage, Manugistics and Arzoon. He is experienced at creating value in companies that deliver solutions in the SaaS business model.
